Dorchester was established in 1999 by father and son Charlie and Chuck Gaskin, who shared a love of hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and time spent with friends and family. What began as a small hunting club near the site of the historic colonial town of Dorchester has grown into a special sporting destination built around Southern hospitality and tradition.
Today, Dorchester encompasses 3,000 acres of prime hunting habitat surrounding our lodge. Quail hunting remains at the heart of the Dorchester experience, but there is much more to enjoy.
Guests can spend the day shooting sporting clays, fishing, gathering with friends and family, or hosting a corporate retreat or special event. Comfortable lodging makes it easy to stay awhile and enjoy everything Dorchester has to offer.
Located just 40 minutes south of Savannah, Dorchester is a place to enjoy the outdoors, spend time together, and create traditions and memories that last.
