Corporate Retreats
Corporate teams can stretch their minds and legs at Dorchester with our spaces built for retreats. We offer a large meeting room to accommodate groups of up to 60 people. After working hard, play harder with one or more of our experiences like sporting clays, fishing, or a continental pheasant shoot.
The Shotgun Experience
You’ll be greeted by a level III instructor that will give you a safety briefing and take you in the field to teach you how to break clay targets.
The Fishing Experience
You’ll be taken by ATV to a private dock and greeted by a professional guide. You’ll fish the inland coastal waters on the barrier islands of Georgia. These guides will always strive for success, however, weather conditions on the day that you fish will have a serious impact on your ability to catch fish and have a successful trip.
The Massage Experience
Enjoy an hour deep tissue or Swedish massage provided by our professional masseuse.
The Meeting Experience
The L. Carlton Gill conference room accommodates up to 60 guests with audio & visual equipment and wireless internet service.
The Golf Experience
The Sapelo Hammock Golf Club is not your typical privately owned, public golf club, but it is a piece of paradise right on the Georgia coast in Shellman Bluff, GA. This 18-hole golf course provides a scenic coastal landscape beyond comparison featuring live oak trees draped with Spanish moss framing fairways that offer stunning marsh and water views. The Dining Experience
Enjoy breakfast and lunch as a southern buffet prepared by Mrs. Carrie and our expert Chef. Our dinner experiences Feature a variety of plated meals for our guests enjoyment.
The Quail Experience
If your group is coming October 1-March 31st, this experience is available. Dorchester Shooting Preserve offers more than 5,000 acres of pristine quail habitat. The property has been managed for more than 17 years, offering early released fast-flying birds. Dorchester supplements its own wild bird population seasonally, giving hunters the best flying birds possible.
The Continental Pheasant Shoot Experience
If your group is coming October 1-March 31st, this experience is available. Pheasant shooting isn’t just for hunters in the mid-west! Throughout the hunting season, Dorchester organizes Continental Pheasant Shoots, an activity that offers high volume shooting that is perfect for a corporate outing or entertaining multiple guests.
The Gaming Experience
Enjoy corn hole, badminton, and horse shoes in the evening at the main lodge.
